 Granny are squares of different models that will allow you to create several things such as bags or even most often a plaid, we can find different models that are more beautiful than each other. For beginners, we'll start with a fairly simple style called granny square. Here is an example that I made myself :

Here is my granny with my mother we have a project to create a big plaid for our bedrooms 

after having made the number of squares that suit me, I intend to assemble It to make my large plaid; Here is my mother's model, she has already made a loooooot more Progress than me (she catches up with me so quickly when it was my project😢😅 idea)
